Austin police have arrested a man in connection with the robbery of a Wells Fargo Bank branch in South Austin on Wednesday.
A man entered the bank at 500 E. Ben White Blvd. demanding money from the teller but did not display a weapon, police said. No one was injured.
According to police, officers noticed a man nearby who matched the description of the robber. Uchenna Chukwuma, 30, was arrested but charges are pending, police said.
